Port Rules & Regulations

The Port of Salalah operates a number of facilities, including a.o. a Container Terminal and a General Cargo Terminal. All business at the port must be undertaken in accordance with the Port Rules & Regulations, as issued by the Port Authority.

General Cargo Terminal

Vessel calls and operations at the Port of Salalah General Cargo Terminal are further conducted in accordance with General Cargo Terminal Operational Guidelines.

The tariff for operations at the General Cargo Terminal is structured in a few general chapters:

The General Cargo Terminal also offers maintenance and repair services to containers as well as vessels, irrespective of the type. The general charges can be found under Maintenance and Repair Charges

Container Terminal

Vessel calls and operations at the Port of Salalah Container Terminal are further conducted in accordance with Container Terminal Operational Guidelines.

The charges for operations at the Container Terminal are all covered in the Container Terminal Tariff.

The tariff has been structured to cover the general conditions, definitions and abbreviations; marine charges; charges for containers; and charges at CFS (Container Freight Station).
